Emelander Family Farm raises cattle, pigs, lambs, goats, and chickens, which are then processed into various meat cuts. All of their meat cuts are frozen for the safe sale and transport home. Emelander also offers farm fresh eggs, honey from their hives, and a variety of seasonal vegetables. Emelander’s expansion to their Farm to Fork offerings include cooked to order lamb bratwursts, goat bratwursts, sweet Italian sausage, beef & cheeseburgers accompanied by chips, pop and water.
